MARCEL GERVAIS

President & CEO
Marcel has a passion for people that is reflected in the many long-term relationships he establishes with clients. With a background as a pharmaceutical executive, medical publisher and trainer, Marcel understands the need for quality and compliance when providing programs and services as an outsource partner – and the need to deliver these programs with a focus on customer care. Marcel has two degrees in pharmacology and is very active in the local community.

VERA MILAN GERVAIS

Executive Vice President​
Vera is a strategic thinker with a background in communications and marketing. She has been involved in hundreds of major campaigns directed to patients, consumers, caregivers and HCPs. As a marketer, Vera’s greatest achievement is knowing that the vast majority of HealthConnect clients come from referrals. Vera is a speaker, author and Director on Advisory Boards.

Annick Hall

Director, Customer Care
Annick is a Project and Change Management professional with over 23 years experience in healthcare. As a Lean Six Sigma black belt, she strengthens the company’s ability to deliver productivity and continuous improvement by optimizing company resources, processes and systems for consistent quality. She brings a background in IT, business analytics and strategy and holds a biotechnology diploma.

Michael Sabean

Director, Client Services
Michael is a transformational leader committed to delivering high ethical and professional standards. His ability to analyze needs, identify opportunities and create solutions enhances client and organizational growth, and strengthens the dynamic leadership team. He brings experience with strategic project management, strategic planning, human resources, finance, IT, procurement and operational management. Michael also has a Masters in Business Administration.

Melanie Guitard

Manager Finance & Administration
Melanie brings organization and logic to running the company. Her background includes years of contact center experience and HR administration. As well as being trilingual (English, French, Spanish), she has a degree in Administration and is majoring in Accounting with her Bachelor of Commerce studies.

At 6:30 PM on a Friday night in February, HealthConnect received a call from a long-standing client. Health Canada had advised a nationwide recall of a children’s product. The client anticipated the call volumes would be 10-20 times the normal volume – too much for the existing team to handle.

Medical Device Online Order Platform

HealthConnect set up a secure ordering platform when a European company partnered with a Canadian firm to bring a medical device to Canada.

The product, manufactured in Europe, was shipped to Canada and repackaged to meet Canadian bilingual labelling regulations.
